20th Century Fox has released a new trailer for Ice Age: Continental Drift, which hits theaters nationwide July 13. With the 84th Annual Academy Awards just around the corner this weekend, the latest teaser for this sequel pokes fun at one of the top contenders for Best Picture, The Artist. Click on the video below for a black and white, silent film take on this popular franchise.

Ice Age: Continental Drift comes to theaters July 13th, 2012 and stars Ray Romano, Karen Disher, Queen Latifah, Jennette McCurdy, Denis Leary, Chris Wedge, Josh Peck, Avril Lavigne. The film is directed by Carlos Saldanha, Steve Martino, Mike Thurmeier.

The Artist was released November 25th, 2011 and stars Jean Dujardin, Bérénice Bejo, John Goodman, James Cromwell, Penelope Ann Miller, Missi Pyle, Beth Grant, Ed Lauter. The film is directed by Michel Hazanavicius.
